Golden State Warriors’ all-star Stephen Curry will return from a left groin strain this Saturday against the Detroit Pistons. Unfortunately this means the point guard will miss Thursday’s potential NBA Finals matchup in Toronto against the Raptors.

The three-time champ has missed 10 straight games this season dating back to early November in a loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. Since the injury, the Kevin Durant led Warriors have sputtered to a 15-7 record only winning five of the 11 games Curry missed, all while they dealt with some internal drama that became public.
Before the injury, the two-time champ was having his best season yet. Averaging 29.5 points, 6.1 assists and 5.o rebounds per game while shooting for another 50-40-90 season this year. Putting together another MVP caliber season that the guard hopes to continue this Saturday.
