In Curry’s absence, the team chemistry has gone awry, as Draymond Green and Kevin Durant got into a spat, for which Green was suspended without pay for one game.
Curry was off to a phenomenal start to the season prior to the injury. In 12 games, he averaged 29.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game while shooting 51.5 percent from the field, 49.2 percent from 3-point range and 92.3 percent from the free-throw line.
