Steph Curry waited for more than just an NBA title when the Golden State Warriors blew a 3-1 lead. After exacting revenge and beating the Cavaliers in this year’s Finals, he displayed that thing with a jovial nonchalance on live TV. A cigar, bought to enjoy following last year’s failed attempt at a championship was stoking away following the game.

He described why he was so happy to be puffing away. (transcribed by CBS).
“I told one of my close friends to save this [cigar] for a year from now to be able to enjoy the process and journey,”
“I’ve been waiting a whole year to smoke this. So I’m going to enjoy every last bit of this butt.”
Steph Curry worked hard to win that title and to smoke that cigar that was supposed to be smoked long ago. With the current Warriors construction, Steph should consider opening up his own cigar shop, he will smoking many cigars in the coming years.
