The San Antonio Spurs have re-signed Bryn Forbes to a two-year deal, reports Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports:

While Forbes’ price tag has yet to be reported, it’s safe to assume this is a minimum deal.
Despite losing Tony Parker in free agency, the Spurs have a deluge of guards on their roster, so this re-signing is a bit surprising. Forbes will have to battle for minutes in a crowded and deep backcourt that includes Dejounte Murray, Danny Green, Manu Ginobili, Lonnie Walker IV, Derrick White, Marco Belinelli and Brandon Paul
At 6 feet, 3 inches, Forbes is undersized for a shooting guard but is a lights-out shooter. He was one of the best shooters college basketball has ever seen, shooting an absurd 48.1 percent from 3-point range on 6.7 attempts per game during his senior season. Last year for the Spurs, Forbes shot 39 percent from long range on 2.9 tries per game.
Forbes appeared in 80 games for the Spurs last season, including 12 starts. He averaged 6.9 points per game while shooting 42.1 percent from the floor.
