Earlier this year, it was reported that Spike Lee would have a hand in NBA 2k16 and now it looks like those reports may have been true. It is said that Spike will be apart of MyCareer and thanks to the three leaked covers, featuring Steph Curry, James Harden and Kevin Durant, all which have a “Spike Lee joint” written on them it looks to be true. Ronnie2k and some of the other 2k fellas have been trying to get Spike in the game since for a while so it may finally happen. Polygon has said to confirm the covers being real, so now we’ll have to wait on Spike and 2k Sports to announce the move via Twitter.
Spike has been know to piss a player off while they’re playing his beloved Knickerbockers so it’ll be interesting to see how he fits into MyCareer.
