
Center Skal Labissiere has been traded from the Portland Trail Blazers to the Atlanta Hawks. Trail Blazers president Neil Olshey has announced the trade of Labissiere included monetary compensation and will land Portland a future second-round pick.
Portland is trading Skal Labissiere and cash to Atlanta, league source tells ESPN.

Atlanta acquiring Labissiere follows the four-team trade that landed the Hawks center Clint Capela from the Houston Rockets. Labissiere will now further fortify the new look of the Atlanta frontcourt along with another newly traded for big man, Dewayne Dedmon, who was another trade deadline pickup for the Hawks.
Since entering the NBA in 2016, the Haitian international has averaged 7.2 points and 4.5 rebounds per game as a member of the Sacramento Kings and Portland Trail Blazers.
The new members of the Hawks will look to aid franchise foundational pieces such as John Collins and all-star Trae Young in reversing the team’s fortunes, with the Hawks currently second to last in the Eastern Conference standings and firmly out of playoff contention.
