From Los Angeles to New York, Polo G has been working over the last month. Following the release of his latest album, Hall Of Fame, the Chicago native has freestyled for the LA Leakers, performed at Rolling Loud in Miami and dropped the “Toxic” video. Most recently, he linked up with Hot 97’s DJ Funkmaster Flex to add a verse to King Von’s “Lurkin’.” Keeping things in New York, the best-selling artist teamed up with Sheff G for the “On Go” video.
As the title suggests, Sheff G and Polo G are always on go. Produced by Great John, “On Go” has the same menacing vibe that his most recent video, “Start Some Sh*t,” had.
“Call up Great John, get a n*gga boomed/And it’s R.I.P. Pop, we gon’ shake the room/I catch a hater, heater to his face/So I bet you it’ll be another cold case,” Sheff G rhymed.
“They know the gang always on go/F*ck it, let’s turn up some more/Uh, only close range shots when I blow/F*ck it, we uppin’ the score,” Polo G added.
