Sheff G is currently working his way through a two-year prison sentence following a traffic stop in 2021, but he’s still finding ways to make his voice heard. This Friday, the New York native delivered his latest project, From The Can. Featuring a number of his most recent records, the project includes guest verses from Sleepy Hallow, A Boogie, Fivio Foreign, Rowdy Rebel, Jay Bezzy and Polo G. Alongside new projects from DJ Premier and Lloyd Banks, From The Can adds to a great weekend for Hip-Hop in New York.
Sheff G may be working his way through a two-year prison sentence, but Winners Circle Entertainment continues to move forward. Just last year, Eli Fross released his second project, The Book of Eli. More recently, he delivered “Bad Days” with Sleepy Hallow. As for Sleepy Hallow, the Still Sleepin’ deluxe edition dropped in 2021 and paved the way for “Die Young” with 347aidan to drop earlier this year. Behind the scenes, Great John continues to provide the production that makes all of this work.
Sheff G may be dealing with more serious matters at the moment, but his fans continue to support him as he works through this sentence. For time being, From The Can will keep the New York native’s momentum alive in the streets of New York and beyond.
