Seth Curry, the younger brother of NBA MVP Stephen Curry, has been through his share of letdowns in the NBA. Seth has bounced around the NBA from team to team but he did have success in the D-League over this past season.
It appears now that New Orleans Pelicans, who were eliminated by Steph Curry’s Golden State Warriors, will be bringing in the brother of the shooting star.

Charania reports that Seth will be joining the Pelicans Summer League team in hopes to secure a roster spot on the team next season. While the team might not have a coach right now, it appears GM Dell Demps is still making moves.
Curry has bounced around in the NBA ranks for a few years, including a stint with the Phoenix Suns last season. He stands at around 6’2 but doesn’t have a true role as a guard. He can shoot but his handle isn’t the best and defensively he’s often a liability. He’s not a point guard, he’s not a shooting guard and he doesn’t have the skills to be a ‘combo guard’. The Pelicans Summer League team will be full of new faces considering the fact that they are all veterans for the most part with secure contracts. The only man now on the active roster that could see realistic Summer League time is reserve center Jeff Withey.
Seth will have a lot of pressure on him this summer, especially now that his brother is the NBA MVP.
