Well, it appears that Summer 2016 just got that much more interesting as Schoolboy Q’s new album, Blank Face LP, has a release date. Being a year that has already seen album and mixtape releases from some of Hip-Hop’s most notable acts of the moment, the second half of the year isn’t shaping up to be lacking in that category from other contributors to the genre. Next up, we have ScHoolboy Q as fans have been patiently and impatiently waiting the followup body of work for his most recent studio effort, Oxymoron. Being over two years since the album’s release, fans of the TDE rapper have been looking forward to hear just what he has cooked up for us all during his time away from the Hip-Hop scene.
With many rumored time frames and delays previous circulating around, ScHoolboy Q put all speculation to rest as he took to Twitter just moments ago to not only apologize, but reveal the official release date for the forthcoming project.
Sorry for tHe delay but album drops….

Being just over a month away, the new project has been kicked off by records, ‘THat Part,’ featuring Kanye West, and ‘Groovy Tony.’ Delivering very solid material thus far, we’re excited to hear just how the finish product will sound. Roll on, July, as Hip-Hop fans await the Blank Face LP.
