Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson’s personal coach will not be allowed at the Broncos facility from now on. This decision comes from new Denver Broncos Head Coach Sean Payton who commented on the decision during his formal introduction to the team. Payton has committed to helping the veteran quarterback and the offense improve from the dismal season that they had last season. Wilson has his own support team including his personal quarterback coach, Jake Heaps. Sean Payton has stated that “Team 3” will not be allowed in the Broncos facility with him as the Head Coach of the team.
Sean Payton was introduced as the #Brocos new coach today.
One of the things he said was that Russell Wilson will no longer be allowed to have his personal coaches in the building like last season. (@DMacRadio)

Last season in his first year with the Denver Broncos, Russell Wilson completed 292 passes for 3,524 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions on 483 attempts. He also rushed the ball 55 times for 277 yards and three rushing touchdowns. Those results are not what the team was hoping for and now they hope that Sean Payton can turn things around with the veteran quarterback.
Sean Payton was quoted saying the following about the decision: “I’m not too familiar with that. That’s foreign to me — that’s not going to take place. I’m unfamiliar with it. Our staff will be here, our players will be here and that will be it.”
