The Queen of Urban Pop seems to be hitting the court rooms quite hard this year. Rihanna is suing Prudential California Realty and other companies involved, over latent defects in her LA home. RiRi claims that she would have paid less for the home back in 2009 had she known about the problems. The suit which was filed on Wednesday, claims that most of the damage came from a rainstorm in 2010 which has left the house “uninhabitable”. None of these damages would have occured had the house been properly repaired after the remodeling.
Lets hope she sorts this mess out quick and get to the new EP coming this fall.
