The David LaChapelle vs Rihanna just will not die down. The photographer accused Rihanna of using his material as a concept for her S&M video, with out his consent. The trial how now taken a rocky start and Rih has replaced her lawyer and is apparently working towards a settlement deal. Lets hope she and Universal/Def Jam sort this mess out quickly.
