The Chicago Bulls have been heavily involved in rumors in attempts to add a superstar to go alongside the star point guard Derrick Rose. Towards the end of the season you heard plenty of talk about Carmelo Anthony joining Chicago and Anthony asking former Bulls players about Head Coach Tom Thibodeau. Now the reports coming out of Chicago is that Derrick Rose would prefer to have power forward Kevin Love who has been linked to teams like Golden State Warriors, The Boston Celtics, The Cleveland Cavaliers, and now Chicago.
Kevin Love would fit into The Bulls lineup and if Chicago can somehow keep Joakim Noah to play alongside Kevin Love lookout. Love adds another scoring option for coach Thibodeau to go to, but he’d also stretch the floor for The Bulls. If you add a player like Carmelo Anthony you know you’re getting one of the most gifted scorers in the league, but Love would help provide one of the best rebounding tandems in the league. Chicago has the pieces to make a trade happen with young talent and two first round picks in Thursdays draft that are very available. Chicago is determined to get Rose some help I think and they’ll get him a star during the off-season. Either way you can’t go wrong with adding either All Star but Kevin Love should be their priority number one this off-season.
