In fact, the song captures several things that can’t be put into an article or a review. They’re just feelings with no words attached.
“Streets say you don’t need meds my momma say you just need prayer, but I need what they give you at the dentist. I don’t wanna feel no more,” Reggie sings.

Beginning with a young man smashing an old car and ending with a restless child in her mother’s arms, the video showcases the need to just let loose and let go of the pain many are carrying. In many ways, “I Don’t Wanna Feel No More” comes at a perfect time. With people dying in the streets, white supremacists running in the Capitol, companies laying off employees and a pandemic, most people don’t want to feel anything right now.
