Megan Thee Stallion is not the only person getting ready to enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Deadline has reported that Regan Aliyah will appear in the forthcoming Disney+ series, Ironheart. At this time, it is unclear what role she will play in the forthcoming project. However, it is clear that Dominique Thorne will play the title character and Anthony Ramos is expected to play the role of the lead villain. Manny Montana, Alden Ehrenreich, Shea Couleé and Zoe Terakes are also expected to appear in the Disney+ series while Sam Bailey and Angela Barnes direct.
Beyond the realm of Disney+, Dominique Thorne’s Ironheart is also expected to appear in the upcoming film, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Set for release in November 2022, the movie will feature Angela Bassett, Letitia Wright and Michaela Coel while Tenoch Huerta plays the main villain, Namor. Unfortunately, the late Chadwick Boseman and Nope star Daniel Kaluuya are not expected to appear in the film.
As for Regan Aliyah, she is best known for her previous roles in Disney’s Club Mickey Mouse. More recently, she secured a role in Netflix’s XO, Kitty, a spinoff of To All The Boys I Loved Before. While she is no stranger to the camera, Ironheart will mark her first role in a major film.
