Ladies stand up!
C3 vs Melato Black, the second battle released off of RBE’s mainstay series Blood Sweat & Tiers 2, was not what we expected. The expectations we’ve drawn from this matchup was that it would be a decent battle, but a landslide in favor of C3 as she continues to make impressions on battle fans everywhere. But Melato Black came out to put on a show and prove she could stomp with big dogs on the RBE stage.
C3 being in high profile matches, vs Official and Lotta Zay just to name a couple, has made a name for herself as a battler. Crafting rounds tailor made for her opponents that takes you on a journey, breaking down everything about them. ARP, being an avid fan of battle rap, knew just how well this would translate on cam, and it exceeded our expectations.
C3 going in:
Melato Black, recently earning her stripes as battler, got her shot to take on one of the best in C3. She comes into this battle most notably sparring with Myverse and taking on star smiles, showing she has what it takes. Her style, the way she constructs her bars, is hard to replicate at a high level. Ironically, she has choked in a couple of battles which goes to show the difficult of perfecting her style in front of crowds. But against C3 she was sharp and hitting the crowd with hard punches, delivering her rounds like it was homemade.
