The first overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft is finally ready to make his NFL debut. Chris Mortensen of ESPN has reported that the Rams have made the change replacing Case Keenum as the starting quarterback.

The change to Goff comes as little surprise considering the Rams haven’t scored an offensive touchdown in 3 straight games. LA currently sits at 4-5 and thinks their rookie signal caller gives them the best chance to make a late playoff run. Goff will become the 6th rookie quarterback from the 2016 draft class to start a game.
In my opinion Goff has bust written all over him. I have said this from the beginning dating back to the combine and his final season at Cal. I even went as far as to say California’s current starter Davis Webb has an even brighter future than Goff. His debut comes at home against the Dolphins. We finally will get our answer this week if I was right or wrong about Jared Goff.
