Starz has set the premiere date for the Power spin-off series, Power Book II: Ghost. In addition, the premium cable network has released a new trailer for the Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson led series.
The new series takes place just 72 hours after the finale of Power. With Tasha St. Patrick in jail, Tariq St. Patrick is left to pick up the pieces of his broken life. Balancing his life at a new school while finding a way to free his mother from jail, Tariq takes center stage in the absence of his father.
“Power Book II: Ghost, hits the ground running, throwing fans right back into the action up just 72 hours after the events of Power 615,” Power creator Courtney A. Kemp said.
“What I can promise is that once the ride begins, we don’t slow down,” she added.
Power Book II: Ghost will debut on Starz on September 6, 2020
