Phylicia Rashad has reportedly joined season six of The Good Fight. The seasoned actress will play the role of Renetta Clark in four episodes. Deadline describes Clark as a “calm, brilliant leader of a stealthy resistance movement.”
Rashad is not the only actor to join season six of The Good Fight. Shahar Isaac is expected to play the role of Zev Beker in three episodes. Issac’s character is described as “an Israeli Krav Maga instructor who’s equal parts tough and charming.”
Rounding out the latest set of cast additions, Erich Bergen and Paul Scheer will join the final season of the Paramount+ series. Bergen will play the role of an attorney named Steven Sheen and Brittel will play the role of a lawyer. Season six will also star Audra McDonald, Michael Boatman, Nyambi Nyambi, John Slattery, Sarah Steele and Charmaine Bingwa.
The final season of The Good Fight will focus on Roe v. Wade, voting rights and Russia’s relationship with U.S. Check out the season six teaser before the show returns on September 8, 2022.
