Stojakovic has served in the role of assistant GM for the Kings since May 2018, holding a much longer association with the franchise. Having forged a reputation as one of the premier sharpshooters of his generation, Stojakovic played for the Kings from 1998 until 2006, making three All-Star appearances with the team.
Prior to his role as assistant GM, Stojakovic served as the Kings’ director of player personnel. The Kings have largely lacked success in the time Stojakovic has been serving in an executive capacity, posting a record of 166-238 in the past five seasons, leading to major changes in their front office.
