There’s A Lot Going On isn’t simply the title of a Vic Mensa mixtape. It’s also a perfect way to describe the feeling many have after watching the trailer for the latest season of Outer Banks. Released on Thursday, the nearly three-minute preview offers a fast-paced sneak peek at what is to come on February 23, 2023.
For those who didn’t finish up season two, this may be a good point to stop reading. For those who have finished up season two, yes. Yes, it does happen. After two full seasons, John B finally reunites with his father. Meanwhile, it appears John B’s girlfriend, Sarah Cameron, still has a few feelings for his ex-boyfriend, Topper. Speaking of the Cameron family, it appears there is trouble in hell. Ward Cameron is alive, but still estranged from his family. To make matters worse, Rafe wants nothing to do with him.
“Dad, I don’t need you anymore,” Rafe says as he pushes Ward up against a wall.
There’s also the introduction of a new treasure, El Dorado. Needless to say, a lot will be revealed in the coming weeks. For now, check out the trailer below.
