The Clippers, perpetually weak on the wing over the last few seasons, could certainly use Casspi. He would be an ideal fit there. Memphis is also a logical destination for Casspi, as small forward Chandler Parsons never panned out and is out indefinitely with a torn meniscus.
Casspi was sent from Sacramento to New Orleans in the DeMarcus Cousins trade. Unfortunately, Casspi broke his thumb in his very first game as a member of the Pelicans, and was promptly waived.
