
Court documents reveal Nipsey Hussle exclaimed “you got me” to shooter after being hit with bullets.
The judge ordered transcriptions of the grand jury testimony be unsealed. According to the Los Angeles Times, the 515-page testimony contained incriminating facts about the shooting. Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Robert J. Perry ordered the documents released, unveiling eye-witness testimony, opening statements and other important details.
Alleged shooter Eric Holder and Nipsey Hussle reportedly engaged in conversation, leading to the subject of snitching. According to court documents, after leaving the scene, Holder returned, firing at Nipsey Hussle and kicking him while down.
“You got me,” Hussle said after he was shot according to the Los Angeles Times.
Key testimony from the woman driving Holder is also chronicled in the documents. Offered immunity for her testimony, the unnamed woman claimed to hear Nipsey Hussle ask Holder “Cuz, have you ever snitched?” The woman also testified to seeing Holder load his gun and exit her vehicle before hearing shots.
