Jokic’s diagnosis adds his name to the growing list of players to test positive for the coronavirus, including Kevin Durant, Rudy Gobert, and Donovan Mitchell.
With the NBA season scheduled to resume at the end of next month, the Nuggets currently hold a record of 43-22, third place in the Western Conference. The Nuggets’ success this season is largely due to Jokic’s averages of 20.2 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 6.9 assists per game.
