During the NBA’s All Star Week 2012, Penny debut the Shooting Stars Foamposite. Fast forward to 2014, a whole 2 years later Nike gives into the consumers wishes and the Shooting Stars have been announced as a 2014 release. Before we received news of the Shooting Stars, Nike announced a new addition to the Penny line with the “Lil Penny Posite” which pays homage to Penny’s “sidekick”. As the year moves on there’s rumors the Shooting Stars Foamposite will hit retailers sometime in June and not by themselves, but packed with the Lil Penny Posite. You can expect this to be a limited release that’ll hit select Nike retailers by the summer.
