We’re well into year 7 since Nicki Minaj solidified her place in Hip-Hop history with the release of her debut studio album, Pink Friday. Since then, the rapper/singer has went forth to become a trailblazer and has expanded well and beyond the realms of the music industry. Diving into the worlds of perfume, clothing, television, and so much more, Nicki also found time to return to her first love of acting. Already finding herself apart of a few films, next up on Nicki’s list of big-screen moments is the upcoming film, “Barbershop: The Next Cut.” In theaters on Friday, April 15, Nicki Minaj has hit the promotional circuit in support of the film and first up on the list is the one an only “Ellen.” Discussing various things in terms of what she’s up to lately, Nicki took the time out to discuss relationships and just how she currently views herself in the love affair that her and Meek Mill share. Noting that she prefers to say she’s single due to the negativity that comes from outsiders, Nicki and Meek seem to still be going strong.
