As of today, we’re well on our way until it being 3 years since we’ve last received an album from Nicki Minaj. Releasing her The Pinkprint album back in 2014, there hasn’t been any real shortage of Nicki Minaj in the news thanks to other ventures outside of music and an impressive amount of collaborations.
Now, as the rapper is well underway with perfecting her fourth studio album, some new speculation arises, all thanks to some social media activity.
Just today, Ms. Minaj followed TDE’s own, Kendrick Lamar, on Twitter. Met with a precise follow in return from Kendrick, the To Pimp A Butterfly rapper went on to like Nicki Minaj’s pinned tweet, below, which currently serves as his only liked tweet via his Twitter profile.

As loyal fans of the “Roman’s Revenge” rapper have come to figure out over the years, great hints of who Nicki may be collaborating with comes from which music industry peers she follows on social media. As 2017 already is shaping up to be a year of another amazing feature run for her, and with a new album that could be dropping in the coming months, a Nicki Minaj and Kendrick Lamar collaboration would certainly set the Hip Hop industry on fire.
Hopefully dropping much sooner than later, we’re ready for whatever Nicki Minaj is cooking up.
