Today we are treated to a new official poster for ‘The Raven’ starring John Cusack. The timing of this is very suspicious considering earlier today it was announced that the film would be delayed from its original release date of March 9th to April 27th (Perhaps the studio is doing damage control?). Usually it’s not good news when a release date gets pushed back but hopefully there’s a reasonable explanation for it because I was really looking forward to this one.
‘The Raven’ is a fictionalized account of the last days of Edgar Allan Poe’s life, in which the poet pursues a serial killer whose murders mirror those in the writer’s stories. I think it’s a really interesting premise and I’m a big fan of John Cusack (even though he hasn’t been in much lately).
