Nicki Minaj’s sophomore album will be one of the most anticipated albums in 2012. Minaj, whose debut album Pink Friday was a complete success reaching platinum status, is looking to follow-up with that same feat. Birdman revealed to Billboard that Nicki is in the studio working hard on her new album and is ready to go. “Nicki’s back in the studio, so we’re looking to drop Nicki in the first quarter,” the co-CEO of Cash Money explains.
Birdamn also says the first single from off Nicki Minaj’s upcoming album could be released before year ends. “Maybe this year? I don’t know, “we’re really thinking it out. But she’s in the studio, and we’re looking real soon”.
