Sandra Bullock and Netflix made a smash just over a month ago with ‘Bird Box’. Now, the two are planning to team up for another film, this time in the sci-fi fantasy world for the Mark Millar adapted comic book ‘Reborn’.
Per Variety; “Reborn,” written by Mark Millar and Greg Capullo, centers on an elderly woman who dies in a Manhattan hospital only to find herself reborn in the afterlife world of Adystria, where good and evil are waging an eternal war amid dragons. She then sets off on a quest to find her late husband.
Netflix purchased the works of Mark Millar and Millarworld last year, which includes comic books like Kickass, Old Man Logan and Kingsman, which all have had wonderful on-screen adaptations.
There’s no casting announced for ‘Reborn’ yet but Lego Batman director Chris McKay is set to direct and produce alongside Sandra Bullock with no release date announced
