According to Tim Bontemps from ESPN, players also can’t train in public gyms, fitness centers or college facilities which gives players no other option than to train at home while the suspension of the season stands.
Not only are practice facilities closed to players beginning tomorrow, per today's memo, but they remain prohibited from using public health clubs, fitness centers, gyms, college facilities, or the like. In effect: the NBA's players can't work out anywhere.

In the memo, the NBA also recommends players to avoid contact and remain home as much as possible and prohibits the players from traveling outside the United States. Following comes from Tim Bontemps:
“The league continues to recommend that players remain in their team’s home market, as well as to leave their homes only when they absolutely must, such as to go grocery shopping or get medicine. A ban on players leaving North America also remains in effect.”
