Key 2018 Las Vegas Summer League games:
- On July 6 at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN, the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers face off. These are two young, talented teams who reignited their intradivisional rivalry in the postseason, with Boston winning the series 4-1. Jayson Tatum won’t play. Jaylen Brown, Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid presumably won’t, either. Markelle Fultz, however, probably will, health permitting.
- On July 6 at 9:30 p.m. ET on ESPN, the Dallas Mavericks, who have the fifth pick in the draft, will play the Phoenix Suns, who have the first pick.
- On July 7 at 5:30 p.m. ET on ESPN, the New York Knicks and Atlanta Hawks play. That’s no. 9 pick vs. no. 3 pick, assuming no trades occur.
- On July 7 at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN, the Phoenix Suns and the Sacramento Kings, the teams with the first and second picks in the 2018 NBA Draft, will collide. Mark your calendars.
