Billboard reports the album moved earned 82,000 equivalent album units in the week ending March 28 with 24,000 were in album sales. His No. 1 spot places him atop the Billboard 200 chart.
Bad Habits gives NAV the biggest commercial success of his career yet. Previously, his self-titled debut album peaked at No. 24 while mixtape effort Perfect Timing with Metro Boomin peaked at No. 13.
The Canadian artist released the sophomore effort under record XO/Republic Records on March 22. Although a bulk of NAV’s success comes from streaming efforts, the rapper’s 24,000 of album sales boosted through bundles containing merch and tour deals.
Ariana Grande’s Thank You Next and Juice WRLD’s Death Race For Love take the second and third spot respectively. Rich The Kid takes the fourth slot with The World Is Yours 2 and XXXtentacion closes out the top 5. His project ? reenters the top charts with new merch and bonus tracks commemorating one year since the fallen rapper’s initial release.
