First, releasing his visual in support of “The Story Of O.J.,” JAY-Z then followed with the release of the “4:44” music video, just last week. Now, continuing on with the promotion of his 4:44 album with weekly visuals, JAY-Z has unleashed, “Bam,” which seems to be a current fan-favorite among the tracks we have received from HOV’s latest LP.
Taking it to the streets of Jamaica, the “Bam” music video gives us viewers and those who haven’t experienced it firsthand, a taste of Jamaican culture. Highlighting various areas, customs, and overall culture, the bond between JAY-Z and Damian Marley, for their “Bam” collaboration, clearly extended beyond trading words on a track. Holding up to the standard that the “Family Feud” rapper presented with his previous two visuals, this is one we completely enjoyed.
Set for a debut atop of the Billboard Hot 200 next week and embarking on a highly anticipated tour in the next few months, it’s clear that we can mark the 4:44 era an early success. Now available on TIDAL, check out the music video for “Bam,” featuring JAY-Z, Damian Marley, and so much more.
