In the hearts of Gucci Mane and Nicki Minaj fans, there was an underlying feeling of excitement and nostalgia that filled their hearts with their reunion last month. With history between the two going back to the early stages of Nicki Minaj’s career, long before she became the “Queen of Rap,” Gucci & Nicki were a winning musical match.
Coming together for their first collaboration in several years, the duo dropped “Make Love,” which got plenty of us talking for reasons that are crystal clear at this point. Not abandoning the track, today brings about the premiere of the “Make Love” music video and it’s essentially everything you can expect from a 2017 Gucci Mane and Minaj visual. Backed by a troop of ladies, Gucci Mane leads the way before Minaj drops in and asserts herself with ease and perhaps at her most confident point of her career.
