It is safe to say that Donald Trump’s Presidency has been one of the oddest this country has ever seen. Donald Trump has taken meetings with Kanye West, gone to war with the NFL and somehow managed to hold his position along the way. Throughout his term, Donald Trump has been followed by the lore of the “Mueller Investigation”. For sometime now, Robert Mueller and his team have dug into Trump’s campaign and presidential term. Most believed that whatever Mueller found would spark the end of Trump’s run as President of the United States. Today, we learned what the “Mueller Investigation” had found.
The United States Justice Department has revealed that special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation did not find evidence that Donald Trump “conspired or colluded” with Russia. However, the coast is not clear for Donald Trump as of yet. Attorney General William Barr noted that this investigation “does not exonerate” Donald Trump. In response, White House Spokesperson, Sarah Sanders, fired back, “The findings of the Department of Justice are a total and complete exoneration of the President of the United States.”
Donald Trump has yet to publicly issue a statement regarding the findings of the Mueller Investigation.
