After a lengthy amount of time off from the music scene, putting the focus on herself, Missy has now returned and is still delivering the action-packed and animated style that we have grown to love about her. Premiering the music video for her comeback single, ‘WTF (Where They From,’ featuring none other than Pharrell, it was time that Missy did her thing and brought the single to life with it’s first television performance. Taking to the finale of ‘The Voice,’ Missy Elliott, backed by her squad of dancers, worked every corner of the stage. Bringing the city life to the stage, Pharrell joined the ‘Work It’ rapper and brought the house down with their eclectic but dynamic flare. If anything, this has only increased the anticipation for Missy’s forthcoming body of work. Proving that she’s still a force in the booth and with her live showings, there’s no need to count MIssy Elliott out just yet.
