Actress Mila Kunis graced the cover of the April 2013 issue of Marie Claire UK. Looking absolutely stunning in the Craig McDean shoot, the 29-year-old opened up about everything from “That 70’s Show” to her hectic Hollywood life and her goals to one day not be in front the camera.
On moving on from That 70’s Show:
“When ’70s ended I went on a mission to prove everybody wrong. I read for movies I would never do. I auditioned for everything, just to show I could do it. I needed to prove I was capable of doing things other than—forget comedy—other than a TV show.”
On her hectic Hollywood life:
“To say my life hasn’t changed would be a lie. It has changed, I don’t really know how. I can’t complain, nor am I complaining, but I can’t leave my house as freely as I used to. But I’ve also traveled a lot for work, so that’s changed. I have been very lucky.”
On her goals beyond being in front the camera:
“I don’t think I can do three-movies-a-year thing. It’s too much. There comes a point in your life where you want to be… home. I want to explore other parts of this industry to see what aspects of it I can get myself into, so that I can.. work out of home maybe? Like producing. Then I can have, like, a life, in one location.”
Mila’s film, “Oz The Great and Powerful”, co-starring James Franco hits theaters next Friday.
