The Bucks‘ future in Milwaukee is currently a bit in shambles as the franchise tries to secure funding for a new arena. The alternatives at the moment include possible relocation to Seattle or Las Vegas. However, Bucks point guard Michael Carter-Williams inadvertently got caught up in the middle of the situation through a simple tweet, which understandably put Milwaukee Bucks fans on edge.
Vegas here we come!

He then clarified the tweet a few minutes later.
Hahahah my bad! Just summer league! — Michael Carter-Willi (@MCW1) July 7, 2015
Those few minutes were enough to get a few fans raging. He was innocently talking about playing for the Bucks Summer League team, which starts play in Las Vegas on Friday. But that’s not how some Bucks fans saw it. For some of them, out of context, it looked like he was excited for the franchise to move.
@MCW1 DUDE, THE ARENA VOTE HASN’T HAPPENED YET

It’s all going to be OK, Bucks fans. False alarm. Michael Carter-Williams is simply headed to Vegas to watch his teammates play.
