Michael B. Jordan can’t be stopped lately. With the 91st Academy Awards on the way, Michael B. Jordan is in rare form. He’s signed on for a first-look production deal with Amazon, set to produce the film adaptation of Black Leopard, Red Wolf and been cast in the upcoming Tom Clancy film. Not to mention, he’s been rumored to return for the sequel to Mic. With all of that going on Michael B. Jordan has just signed on for his biggest project yet.
Michael B. Jordan is in serious talks to star in the Denzel Washington directed film, Journal of Jordan. Written by Virgil Williams, the new film is based on the true story of journalist, Dana Canedy, and sergeant, Charles Monroe King. The film will tell the story of the late Sergeant King and the journal of life lessons he left behind for his newborn son who was only seven months when he was killed.
Jordan is also in talks to produce the film along with Washington, Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal, and Steve Tisch. The film would be distributed through Sony Pictures.
