The hype for Black Panther is REAL right now. It’s no joke. If you go outside and drive around for 20 minutes, I bet you that you’ll see at least one poster for the highly anticipated Marvel superhero flick. Notwithstanding the cultural significance a movie like this has, the movie is set do produce numbers as well, making for the largest box-office opening for a superhero movie in the United Kingdom already. On top of that, Black Panther has a kick-ass cast of actors/actresses that have all teamed up to make this film, one of them being the highly talented Michael B. Jordan.
The Santa Ana actor has an impressive back catalogue of movies, including Creed, Fruitvale Station, That Awkward Moment and multiple different TV shows. Now he taking his acting chops to the role of a villain Killmonger, or a ‘multi-layered antagonist’ as Jordan likes to call him and tries to make this character relatable. Jordan sat down with the bodega boys Desus & Mero on Vice to talk Black Panther, his regiment and being broke as an actor. You can check out the full video here:
