The Miami Heat will release the highly anticipated ‘Vice Night’ jerseys on Thursday at their ‘Midnight Madness’ event at American Airlines Arena.
Heat fans attending the event will be the first to get their hands on the new city edition jerseys and ‘vice night’ merchandise. Fans will also receive free ‘vice’ gifts with purchase of a city edition jersey. The team looks to build off of last year’s highly-successful white variant of the city edition jerseys.

The Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President of the Heat Michael McCullough, via ESPN, said, “more Vice jerseys were sold than the City Edition versions of the other 29 teams combined.”
McCullough hopes to build a higher attendance towards Heat games from the jerseys, McCullough said, “The more people think that your brand is cool, that what you are wearing is cool, that the arena decor is cool, the more people want to be in your building.”
The Miami Heat will wear the jerseys 14 times during the 2018-19 NBA season. On Friday, the team will unveil a brand new court matching the vice jerseys against the Indiana Pacers.
