Megan Thee Stallion adds a cinematic spin to this hot girl summer announcing “FEVER Thee Movie” directed by Hype Williams.
Imagery from her 2019 release Fever borrow elements from the Blaxploitation era of films in Black cinema and the upcoming visuals look to do the same. The Houston bred Hot Girl has already delivered the video for Realer the intro track to Fever featuring Blaxploitation themes. In a brief teaser, we see Da Baby, Juicy J, and Megan Thee Stallion in character.
Along with the glimpse of Fever Thee Movie, Megan Thee Stallion announces none other than Hype Williams directed the project. Hype Williams name comes with an iconic list of music videos under his direction. From TLC’s legendary No Scrubs video to Nicki Minaj’s Barbie Dreams Hype Williams has provided memorable visuals for decades.
