Meek Mill Previews New Music On Instagram

What a time to be alive… Well in Meek Mill‘s case it looks as if things were turning for the absolute worse. After dropping an amazing album, getting the girl he wanted in Nicki Minaj, there seemed to be no way he can possibly lose at this point. Wrong, wrong, wrong. In an unconventional turn of events Meek took to twitter and literally shocked the world with an allegation – which remains to be true in my book until proven otherwise – that Drake has received help in penning some of his raps in one way or another. Now the average fan in this day and age just shrugged off these allegations and only cared for the quality of music then BOOM reality struck Meek like your Mom does when she claims she brought you into this word and can easily take you out.

Falling victim to not just two diss records but ending up on the OVO Fest screen he has received overall scrutiny from every crevice on social media. Then adding insult to injury his response seemed rushed and then was forced to take it down from Soundcloud, the question remains, what is one to do? So he moves on.

We thought the coast was clear until during his set at Made In America he unconsciously said something about Future and his music which was misconstrued as a “diss”. Here goes the slander and once again the scrutiny is at an all time high. After this he drops a freestyle to ‘Preach‘, appears on Ross’s mixtape ‘Black Dollar‘, Meek is still good in a sense. I spoke too soon, Drake and Future team up for an album/mixtape and this may have just been the icing on the cake.

Talk about a seesaw timeline of events in a matter of maybe just 2 months. Normally most people would take a time to reflect, figure out their next move and it seems as if Meek is still focused on the music. This is proven as he has taken to Instagram – no twitter fingers – to drop six videos giving us previews of songs he has been working on. Surprisingly there is one song that features Future. He also gives us the hint by the captions that we can expect for a Dreamchasers 4 to be dropping soon. By the sounds of these video previews of the songs, we are in for some absolute fire.
