2016 has surely been the year of the unexpected, but no one could have predicted that we would lose one of the music industry’s most beloved and respected acts to ever step foot onto the scene. Shocking millions across the world, Prince died just last month and sent us all into a shock as the new came unexpectedly. With the 2016 Billboard Music Awards being the first music-related award show to air since his death, it was a no brainer that the show would enlist some help to honor the legendary singer. Previously announcing Madonna, Stevie Wonder also joined the singer as the two legends went forth to deliver live showings of some of Prince’s most notable hits.
