The cast of Disney+‘s Ironheart series is getting bigger by the day. The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Lyric Ross will join the cast of the upcoming Marvel series at Disney. At 18 years old, Ross has built up an impressive resumé in television. She’s best known for her role as Deja in NBC‘s hit series, This Is Us. However, she’s also appeared in shows like Chicago Fire and Sirens. Not to mention, she has also landed a role in the upcoming project, The Class.
Rising star Lyric Ross will join an Ironheart cast that is led by Dominique Thorne. Thorne will play the lead role Riri Williams, a talented inventor who builds her own Iron Man suit while going to school at MIT. As a result, she ends up taking over for Tony Stark’s man after he dies in Avengers: Endgame. Ross will play the role of Williams’ best friend and actor Anthony Ramos is rumored to portray the series’ villain.
At this time, it’s unclear when the show will arrive on Disney+.
