Over the years, Netflix has developed its slate of reality series with the success of Too Hot To Handle, Love Is Blind and The Circle. As the shows have evolved, the streaming giant has taken Too Hot To Handle and The Circle to France, Brazil and several other nations. However, Love Is Blind has largely been an American phenomenon. Well, Netflix plans to change that in the very near future.
As the world was locked in to new episodes of Euphoria and NFL action, Netflix snuck out a teaser for the upcoming season of Love Is Blind: Japan. Much like the U.S. version, the series will place strangers of the opposite sex on each side of a complex and encourage them to build genuine connections without laying eyes on each other. After a set period of time, they will meet their matches face-to-face and attempt to build a bond in the real world. Some will succeed and some will fail. Either way, it’ll be fun to watch.
Season one of Love Is Blind: Japan will arrive on Netflix during the first week of February. Check out the trailer below.
