Breaking out into the mainstream with one single or project is extremely difficult, but achieving that level of success twice is nearly impossible. From 2017 through 2019, Lil’ Pump was a fixture throughout music with the success of records like “Gucci Gang” and “Esskeetit.” Not to mention, he hopped on records with everyone from Diplo to Lil’ Uzi Vert. Since his initial run in the late 2010s, the Florida native has been relatively quiet. Now, he’s attempting to break back into streaming algorithms, playlists and more with the release of his new album, Lil’ Pump II. The Florida native’s 16-track project will feature the likes of Ty Dolla $ign, NBA Youngboy and Smokepurpp.
Five years ago, J.
