A judge has issued $50,000 bench warrants for Lathan “Lil’ Mosey” Nichols and Francisco P. Prater after the two teenagers missed a court date. Both Lil’ Mosey and Prater have been charged with one count of second-degree rape. According to court reports, the two Washington residents have been accused of having sex with a woman who was unable to give consent.
According to an affidavit obtained by TMZ, the victim says she consented to sex with the teenage musician while in a car. However, she later blacked out after drinking champagne and white claws. After blacking out, she recalls Lil’ Mosey climbing on top of her and pushing her legs open to have sex. During the first encounter, she blacked out again. Then, she regained consciousness to discover another man forcing himself upon her. The affidavit states that the victim suffered bruising on her knees, arm and neck.
Lil’ Mosey nor Prater have not issued an official statement regarding the matter. At this time, it is unclear if the two teenagers will turn themselves in. If they are convicted, the two face up to life in prison and a fine up $50,000.
